Kari is a long-time resident of Riverside. She has been with Riverside Casino & Golf Resort^® since 2006. She worked in the cage, our retail shops and as a card dealer, and she joined VIP in 2013. Before starting at Riverside Casino, Kari worked as a bank teller and as a cross-country semi driver. Having graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor's degree, Kari is a devoted Hawkeye fan. On her days off, she enjoys running, biking, playing sand volleyball, and being in a bowling league, but her favorite activity is tending to her butterfly garden, where she raises, rescues and tags monarch butterflies.

Yeny grew up in Indonesia with a population of over 200 million. After graduating Sanata Dharma University in 2002, she began working in the capital city of Jakarta. She worked in the fruit import industry for several years, as a second grade teacher, and as a marketing representative. In 2014, she moved to the United States to marry the love of her life. Shortly after that, she started at Riverside Casino as a Cook in the dessert station at Robert's Buffet, and she joined the VIP team two years later. In her free time, Yeny likes spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She especially enjoys the time she gets to spend with her two beautiful dogs, Emma & Charlie.

Kelly has lived in Iowa City for the majority of her life, but did have a 20+ year stint living in rural area of Oxford. The country is where she found her passion for planting flowers and creating many native plant flower beds. As her flower beds grew one after another she decided to take the Masters Gardener class through Iowa State University extension.

Kelly has been with Riverside Casino since 2019 as dealer in the "pit" and just recently joined the VIP group. Kelly is looking forward to interacting with our guests and trying to help in any way she can.

Kaitlynn was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa, where she lived on a farm. Growing up with two older brothers, she quickly became competitive in anything she did when it came to physical activities. She then moved to Iowa City and attended college at the University of Iowa, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Enterprise Leadership. At the U of I, she enjoyed cheering on the Hawkeyes and being with her friends. Kaitlynn joined Riverside Casino at the end of 2023. She takes pride in building genuine connections with the guests and ensuring everyone's visit is nothing short of extraordinary. Outside of work, Kaitlynn enjoys spending time with friends & family, tending to her plants, and hanging out with her cat Hugh. She also enjoys playing any type of game inside or out, learning to cook, and ending the day with a glass of wine. She is thrilled to be a VIP host and if you ever see her, please stop to chat!

Lori was born in Keokuk but grew up and graduated from Washington. After graduation she nannied in New Jersey before moving to Jackson Mississippi with her family. Living there for eight years Lori earned an AA degree and EMT- Basic. In 1994 Lori graduated from the University of Iowa Paramedic Program working three years for American Medical Response in Hinds and Madison County Mississippi.

Lori returned to Keokuk in 1995, where she has spent the majority of the past 29 years. She worked at Keokuk High School for 17 years as an Associate, ISS Supervisor, and Jr Class Sponsor.Ready for change, Lori joined Riverside Casino in fall of 2024.She is excited for new adventures, building lasting relationships, and being as helpful as she can.

Lori loves to be creative and craft. She also enjoys watching college and professional sports with a few of her of her favorites being the Iowa Hawkeyes, Philadelphia Eagles, Atlanta Braves, and Indiana Fever! Her greatest love is spending time with her three grown children, their spouses, and one grandson.

Randy was born in Iowa City andgrew up in Lone Tree. He graduated Mt. Mercy University in 2017 with a BBA.Before joining the VIP Team at the Casino Randy was a factory worker for13 years making parts for John Deere and Toro machines and also worked at theUniversity of Iowa Hospital in Supply Chain for the Operating Rooms.

Inhis Free time Randy enjoys cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, Instructing Tae KwonDo in Riverside, working with Scouts BSA, Golfing and spending time with hiswife and two sons.  

Alexander was born and raised in Osceola, Iowa, before boldly moving to Iowa City on his own to attend the University of Iowa and graduate in only three years with a Bachelor's degree in English and Creative Writing. He has been with Riverside Casino & Golf Resort^® since the start of the year in 2025. He began his journey with us as a Security officer and quickly advanced to a Security Training Officer, where he designed a resource tool to better support new hires. Prior to joining Riverside, Alexander worked as a Library Aide at the Iowa City Public Library and as a Sales Associate with Riddle's Jewelry, where he discovered his passion for creating memorable experiences for all his patrons and guests alike. A proud Cheesehead, Alexander enjoys writing, reading, reading some more, and traversing nature with the occasional rock climb or hike.

Tony was born in Olympia but grew up mostly in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. He has been with Riverside Casino & Golf Resort since 2015. He most recently served as a Table Games Assistant Shift Manager and has just started his Table Games VIP position in September. Before starting at Riverside Casino, Tony worked at Catfish Bend Casino as a Table Games Supervisor. Outside of work, Tony enjoys exploring new restaurants, cooking, playing video games, learning DIY remodeling, and enjoying the journey of parenthood with his wife after they welcomed their first child.
