Receiving Clerk

Summary:

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving deliveries to all areas of the casino, including the back office area, as well as deliver received items. Works with Purchasing and Accounts Payable for proper receiving and flow of information on products. Works with Food and Beverage on monthly inventories and transfers. Responsible for ordering and restocking product for the vending machine. Provides support with warehouse management and storage.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
  • Receive invoices with each delivered item.
  • Check all items against purchase order information.
  • Note discrepancies between the invoice and purchase order to report to Purchasing for reconciliation.
  • Sort and deliver items to specific areas using a pallet jack or hand cart, lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Provide monthly inventories for casino restaurants and forward final counts and transfers to Accounting.
  • Provide support with warehouse storage.
  • Store, track and dispose of kiosk tickets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required:

  • Demonstrate a satisfactory level of interpersonal and communication skills. Basic Computer skills. Heavy lifting requirements, up to 75 lbs.

Schedule:

Full Time To Include; Days, Weekends & Holidays

Salary:

$15.50/hr
