Summary:

The Outlet Supervisor is primarily responsible for the day to day operations of the Front of house (dining room), ensuring product and service quality, consistency and team member development on all levels. Additionally this position is responsible for meeting all company and State Health Department rules and regulations.

Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrate excellent guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Control the flow of the restaurant and assist FOH employees.
  • Responsible for assisting with all outlet(FOH) operational quality aspects.
  • Responsible for implementing and applying outlet service standards.
  • Maintains quality and organization of food and beverage for all outlets.
  • Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of cost related parameters for the outlet.
  • Responsible for assisting with maintaining expenses to meet budgeted goals.
  • Monitors and maintains all outlet sanitation, storage, and rotation of inventory.
  • Responsible for scheduling all FOH outlet staff members and meeting designated payroll costs.
  • Responsible for all outlet shift organization for fast and efficient functionality and service.
  • Ensures compliance with all company and Department of Health rules and regulations.
  • Must be able to obtain all necessary licenses as requires by local, state, and federal governments.
  • Responsible for tracking systematically, all critical areas of food and beverage service.
  • Responsible for the training and development of the FOH staff.
  • Responsible for periodic team member evaluations and further development strategies.
  • Responsible for all relevant inventories including rotation, par levels, periodic physical inventories and discontinued inventory items.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year prior experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a restaurant environment.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional service skills and knowledge of the restaurant service industry.
  • Previous experience working in a restaurant service position, such as a server, host, or bartender.
  • Must exhibit good management and leadership ability through use of good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:

Full-Time to include Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays

Salary:

Starting at $21.50/hr
