Client Coordinator

Summary:

To maximize service sales within an Aveda Environmental Lifestyle Salon and Spa while exceeding guest expectation.  The Client Coordinator is the first and last point of contact with our guests, from scheduling services, product sales, conflict resolution, escorting facility tours, maintaining client database, to final billing and checkout.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
  • Greet guest and escort to waiting area.
  • Schedule guest salon and spa services while implementing proper procedures.
  • Educate guests on services and products to increase sales.
  • Coordinate services and maximize bookings for each service technician.
  • Close sales and encourage guests to pre-book services.
  • Cross-sell services.
  • Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings “Huddles”.
  • Implement Aveda experience & philosophies.
  • Responsible for inventory control.
  • Execute standard telephone procedure using appropriate customer service etiquette.
  • Perform appointment confirmations 24 hours prior to appointment schedule when needed.
  • Resolve guest challenges.
  • Responsible for balancing and checking register drawer. Other duties as assigned.

Required:

  • Preferred: High school diploma      
  • Aveda Product Knowledge/Training preferred

Schedule:

Full-Time: to include Days, Evenings, Weekends & Holidays

Salary:

$15.00/hr
