Slot Lead Attendant




The Slot Lead Attendant is responsible for understanding the department goals and objectives. This person must ensure all operational protocols are properly communicated to the direct reports and followed through effectively each assigned shift. Compensation for this position is $26.55/hr ($11.55/hr + avg tip rate of $15.00/hr).

Essential Functions:

  • Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.  Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.
  • Safeguard the company's assets, customers' and employees' safety in all slot areas.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all scheduled work stations are manned and ready at the beginning of the shift
  • Ensure variance book, key control, time sheets, and progressive book are accurately filled in and evaluated on a timely basis
  • Handle customer disputes quickly and effectively.
  • Counsel employees as needed under your control
  • Provide feedback regarding transfers, promotions, evaluations, rewards on all team members in his/her span of control
  • Have a thorough and complete knowledge of comp. procedures, as well as the ability to evaluate comps.
  • Ensure stationary supplies are adequate for efficient operation
  • Verify jackpots
  • As a supervisor perform all required tasks and responsibilities when management is not present


  • Ability to obtain IRGC Class C License.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and working with SOPs and IC’s.
  • Maintain courteous and effective working relationships with others.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Preferred: Demonstrate proficiency with Windows and Office programs


Full time; to include graves, weekends, and holidays.
