Health and Cleanliness Information

The health and safety of our employees and guests is our number one priority. We are continually evaluating information and guidance issued by state and local health departments and our Chief Medical Officer. Our health and cleanliness protocols follow all applicable state and local guidelines.

General Guidelines

We recommend that guests review the latest CDC and Iowa Department of Public Health information before visiting.

If you are experiencing running nose, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing or any other respiratory symptom, have a fever or generally feeling ill, please stay home until you feel better.

We encourage frequent hand washing or sanitizing while visiting our facility and sanitizers are available in various locations.

Masks are optional. Feel free to wear one while visiting if you would like to. If visiting the spa, please wear a mask if requested by your service provider during scheduled services. The CDC recommends masks be removed when swimming or using a sauna or hot tub.

Air Quality

Our casino has an advanced air filtration system that brings in fresh outside air over 12 times every hour making it double or more what a doctor's office and treatment room are required to have.

Cleanliness Measures

All employees are trained on our safety and sanitation protocols including: cleaning procedures, schedules and products, hand washing and other requirements. We use cleaning products and protocols which meet EPA guidelines and are effective against viruses, bacteria and other airborne pathogens. We place an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces including, but not limited to, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, hallway handrails, room locks, and stair handrails.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Our employees will wear PPE when required by state and local regulations.
