Summary:
Maintain a smooth running day to day table games section and expedite all associated Pit paperwork.
Essential Functions:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Maintain security of games and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Generates all associated Pit Forms and paperwork for the Section (Fills, Credits, Player Tracking and Table Tracking
- Maintains a direct line of communications with the Pit Manager/Shift Manager.
- Responsible for issuing reminder slips to Dealers when he/she commits a dealing infraction.
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain IRGC Class C License.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Table games.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- Demonstrated ability read and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Demonstrated ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions to practical situations.
- Demonstrated ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Schedule:
• Full-Time to include: Days, Evenings, Overnights, Weekends & Holidays
