Profit Sharing

Our employees drive our success. That's why we share our success with our employees in the form of a profit sharing program. We provide a quarterly profit sharing bonus based upon the success of the company (subject to Board approval).

Premium Pay Attendance Incentive

On top of our competitive base wages, we also offer the opportunity for all non-exempt employees to earn an extra $1.25 - $1.75 per hour (based on tenure). Each bi-weekly pay period we pay out an attendance incentive to each employee who is on time and works each of their scheduled shifts during the pay period.


Save for your retirement by enrolling in one of our 401(k) retirement plans. Riverside offers pre-tax contributions as well as ROTH after-tax contributions, all with a company match.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

We believe maintaining a healthy work-life balance is important for employees to be able to be at their best when they are working, which is why we have a competitive paid time off program for both full-time and part-time employees. Upon hire as an RCGR employee you will begin accruing PTO for every hour you work. Your PTO earning rate increases along with your time with the company. The longer you stay the more PTO you earn! Included in this benefit is the opportunity to sell a portion of your earned PTO back to the company for cash.

Term Life Insurance

RCGR provides all full-time employees with a base amount of free term life insurance. Employees may purchase additional term life insurance up to 5x their annual earnings at affordable group rates.

Voluntary Benefits

We have partnered with AFLAC, a leading voluntary benefits provider, to offer benefits to our employees at affordable group rates. These benefits, to include short-term disability, accident, critical illness and cancer coverage, provide the employee with cash payments to help offset the cost of insurance and lost wages.

Above & Beyond Employee Recognition

The "Caught in the Act" employee recognition program is designed to recognize any employee who gets "caught" doing something good!

A "Caught in the Act" may be written and submitted by any employee who observes another employee doing something good. If you see a coworker doing a good job or want to say thank you to them for helping you, then recognize them with a "Caught in the Act"! They may be doing their job well or going above and beyond the call of duty and that deserves a Caught in the Act! Every month each submitted "Caught in the Acts" are voted upon and the best ones receive our monthly "Above and Beyond" award. The Above and Beyond winners receive a stay on our hotel, dinner at our Ruthie's Steak and Seafood restaurant, a treatment at The Spa at Riverside, and a round of golf at our Blue Top Ridge golf course.

Scholarship Program

We offer two $1,000 scholarships annually to employees and their dependents to help offset the cost of their post-high school educational pursuits.
