Reservations
Walk-ins welcome, however advanced scheduling is recommended. Credit card guarantee required. To assure you have an appointment time that you desire, we highly recommend that you reschedule prior to leaving.

Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your service to enjoy our water rituals of the steam sauna and whirlpool in our separate men and women locker facilities. Robes, towels and spa sandals are provided for your convenience.

Please advise upon making reservations of all medical conditions, surgeries and allergies, as this will ensure the best service using appropriate products and techniques.

Cancellations
We understand that your life is hectic. However, if you must cancel we require a 24 hour notice to avoid charges to your credit card.

Punctuality
The Spa at Riverside understands that circumstances may arise that impact your arrival, and we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. However, it may be necessary to alter your service as a courtesy to the next guest.

Children
Out of respect for your child’s safety and quiet relaxation for you and other guests, we ask that no children be in the salon or spa at any time.

Alcohol
To maintain a quiet environment and out of consideration for all guests, please refrain from excessively consuming alcohol while on spa premises. Smoking and bringing your own alcohol is prohibited, however an individual beverage may be purchased through room service. We retain the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of alcohol.

Gratuities
Optional gratuities are at the guest discretion and are truly appreciated. If inclined, a 18-20% gratuity is common.
